of Assistant Dean of Student Life, with responsibility for residence
life and programming. The Assistant Dean is responsible for the
residence life program and staff, supervising the Coordinator of
Residential First Year Programs as well as 14 student Resident Directors.

The position also includes working directly with individual students
through participation in our early support team and serving as a
conduct officer. The Assistant Dean will also be part of an after
