Twelve-month administrative faculty rank position reports to the Vice President for Academic Affairs
and Student Services.

The dean is responsible for designing, developing and implementing creative, insightful and
effective strategies and tactics to achieve recruitment and retention objectives. Provides daily
oversight of Admissions and Records, Counselors, Financial Aid, Student Success and Testing
Center, Student Activities, and the front desk.

Salary Range: $56,303 - $75,000, dependent upon the experience and education.

Qualifications: Master's Degree in Counseling, Business Administration, Management, Marketing or
a related area is required. Other requirements include administrative recruitment and/or retention
experience and experience working with a student information system such as PeopleSoft.For
