Metropolitan State University, St. Paul/Minneapolis, MN invites
applications and nominations for a Dean of Students. The Dean
is responsible for overseeing services and programs to foster
student success.

Qualifications: * Master's degree in higher education administration, student
development, or related field;

* Five years of administrative and supervisory experience in student
affairs, and experience in at least one of the following areas: student
support services, student judicial matters, counseling, career services,
student life and leadership development, new student orientation,
support for and retention of students of color and underserved students,
veterans services, GLBT issues, student governance, TRIO programs,
academic advising.

* Commitment to serving culturally, ethnically and linguistically diverse
communities.
