Admission Representative
Lyme Academy College of Fine Arts
Old Lyme, CT

This position is a full-time, salaried position, responsible for the
cultivation and recruitment of incoming students to the College.
Areas of responsibility include recruitment travel, applicant and
teacher cultivation, communication and outreach, and inquiry
and applicant processing. The Admission Representative manages
website inquiries, online applications, and data entry of application
materials and inquiries.

Qualifications: Candidates must be outgoing, interested and educated in the
arts, goal oriented, and have excellent oral, written and digital
communication skills. Excellent public speaking skills, strong
organizational and follow-up skills are essential, as is facility
with digital technology. Database experience preferred.

Bachelor's degree required, BFA and graduate-level education
preferred. Must have a valid driver's license, and be able
and be able to work weekends and evenings as needed.

Recruitment cycle begins in September and national travel will be
required throughout the academic year, with a major concentration of
travel between October and December. Position comes with full benefits.
Salary is commensurate with experience.
